Lemon Bundt Cake with Almond Cream Cheese Frosting

Today's bundt cake flavor is bright and fresh lemon! I love lemon but I think a little lemon goes a long way. I could sit and eat a whole pan of brownies but I probably wouldn't eat a whole pan of lemon bars by myself. So when I made this cake I wanted to make sure that the lemon flavor was light and not too overwhelming. The cream cheese frosting with a hint of almond perfectly balances out the lemon flavor. It's so yummy and perfect for Spring!
