For my son's birthday luau not only did we make teriyaki chicken but we made teriyaki beef as well. The recipes for both are exactly the same except for the meat. I have two regrets when it came to this dish at the luau. First, that I was so busy with the birthday boy and everything else that was going on that I didn't even get to have any of it. Secondly, that even though we made a lot we should have made more because this was the first thing to go. Everyone LOVED it! The two things that make this dish are of course the marinade and then the cut of meat. If you make this dish make sure you get a really good cut of meat.
