Jell-o Cookies

This is just a fun, simple recipe that I think would be great for kids. What makes it fun is that you can use any color/flavor of jell-o that you like to make these cookies. I used raspberry jell-o for the cookies pictured below. I also think these cookies would be great for a party where specific colors are being used because you can choose a jell-o color to match your party theme.

Mmm! Those look great! And I love the idea of doing them different colors for the party theme!

Hey Valerie- it is Kesley, from recipe club and Kristin's friend. What a darling blog you have started and all the recipes look scrumptious! I want to come over to your house and EAT! I love these jello-cookies. Right up kid lane- my girls are going to love the make these. I am sad that you aren't going to be at recipe club this week- I am still thinking about that blueberry pound cake you made (yum) Hope you have a fun vacation and see you next month at recipe club!:)
