Seafood Dinner

This is one of my family's all-time favorite meals. We got this recipe from my uncle Mike and it is just incredibly delicious! It's so good that when we had it at my parent's last week, my little brother actually had leftovers for breakfast the next morning. Personally seafood for breakfast does not sound very appetizing to me, but I would definitely eat the leftovers for lunch or dinner! Making this dish is really easy to do because everything is cooked together in one large pot. It is then served with melted butter on the side that you can dip everything in. The simple flavors of the lightly seasoned food with the melted butter is just perfect! yum!

Seafood Dinner
  • small red potatoes, cut in half or quartered
  • sausage, sliced (costco deli case- chicken and apple flavor or similar)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • king crab legs
  • corn on the cob, broken in half
  • uncooked shrimp
  • melted butter
boil potatoes in a large pot. when nearly done, add sausage, old bay, and crab legs. simmer for about 5 minutes and then add corn and shrimp. simmer for about two more minutes. drain and serve in a large bowl. divide melted butter into smaller bowls on the side for dipping.

*a great place to get all of the ingredients for this dish is Costco
