Teriyaki Chicken

I got this recipe from my friend Aly and it's perfect for dinner on nights when you just need something that's easy but that tastes good too. The recipe calls for chicken thighs but I just used chicken tenders because I had them on hand. This chicken tastes great when it's paired with rice and peas.



Teriyaki Chicken
  • 4-6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
place the chicken thighs in an 8x8 inch baking dish. combine sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and pepper and pour over the chicken. bake at 425 degrees for one hour.
