Teriyaki Pork Roast
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lean boneless pork loin roast, about 2-3 lbs (I like to buy mine at Costco)
place pork roast in crock pot. mix the other ingredients together and pour over pork. cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
after removing roast from crock pot, strain the liquid and use as a sauce for the meat.
serve with fried rice, edemame, broccoli, or mixed oriental vegetables.
